                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST,
                   RESPECTIVELY, AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO THE
                   AGREEMENT WITH PIEDMONT OLSEN HENSLEY, FOR
                   PROVIDING ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES TO
                   CONTRACT NO. 37C, CITICO PUMP STATION, FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF TWELVE THOUSAND, FOUR
                   HUNDRED FORTY AND 58/100 DOLLARS
                   ($12,440.58) AND FOR SERVICES REQUIRED TO
                   RECORD A SUBDIVISION PLAT OF THE CITICO PUMP
                   STATION PROPERTY IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE
                   THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,600.00),
                   FOR A REVISED TOTAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWO
                   HUNDRED SEVEN THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED FORTY
                   AND 17/100 DOLLARS ($207,240.17) WITHOUT
                   PRIOR CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, Amendment No. 4 
to
       the Agreement with Piedmont Olsen Hensley, for providing
       additional engineering services to Contract No. 37C, Citico Pump
       Station, in the amount of $12,440.58 and for services required to 

       record a subdivision plat of the Citico Pump Station property in
       the amount of $1,600.00, for a revised total amount not to exceed 

       $207,240.17, without prior City Council approval.
